Summer chores...

I think that kids should be able to sit back and relax during the summer.  I don't think they should have to do any thing but lounge around in their onesies, eat goldfish crackers and watch Baby Einstein.  My mom thinks otherwise...

She thinks I still need to brush my teeth morning and night.

She also thinks I need to mow the lawn...

Helloooo....I'm only 1!

Then she thinks dad and me should get the sprinklers working...

But that's okay...I love my mom and I will help her anyway I can.
Of course, mom buying me a swimming pool sure makes loving her a whole lot easier.

Ahhhhh...now that's the good life!

A swimming pool? I was never so lucky. You forgot to mention your "job" of pushing the chair back to the table when you are done eating. You do that well.

Dallinm I'm with you kid, this working for a living is highly over-rated. All you need is a good body of water, a good book and someone to bring you a good virgin pina colada. (sounds like a cruise I one took) Great summer. Love Vicki

Keep'n up with the Cameron said...

Dallin--You are the cutest thing. Look what a big boy you are becoming. I can't wait to hold you, love you and watch you play with your favorite cousin Cameron. We are counting down the days...25 left to go. Keep writing you're doing a fabulous job. Love your favorite Aunt Mandy!!!!!!!

Dallin...your pictures by the pool are adorable. However, I was shocked to see you actually in a swim suit in that pool (after the embarassing stories that your mom told me...). But thanks for keeping it G rated.
Jo

PS. Tell your mom that I've been checking your blog every day to add a comment, but there has been nothing new for, like, 5 days. Whatever.

Dallin what a great blog you have put together! I think you might be just as "creative" as your mother. I guess since I can't give you a hug everyday, at least I can see your cute face and all the fun things you do. See you soon. Love, Grandma
P.S. Tell your mother, I love her too.
