Surpriiiiise....

Thursday started off as a fairly uneventful day...I helped Grandma do her chores (I am really good at sweeping), then we packed up the car and headed to the Lake House.  

  

Mom decided to be a really nice mom and told me we could stop at McDonald's to get some "chicken & fries". I was sitting in my car seat eating my delicious chicken when there was someone staring in the window at me...mom just looked and looked, and didn't say a thing...then I said "diddy". 

Guess who flew all the way to Seattle to visit me and mom...

'cause he missed us so much?

I was so glad that he was here to play with me...

he jumped in the car and drove with us to Grandpa's lake house...

(Diddy planned the whole thing a week ago...he decided to fly in on Thursday to surprise us. His flight was late and since we didn't know he was coming, we headed out to the Lake House. Aunt Jamie picked up Diddy from the airport and they weren't sure what to do...so Aunt Jamie called Aunt Mandy and asked if we could meet her to pick something up to take to Puyallup. Nobody knew what we were picking up, or what would be so important that she would come to Mcdonalds to meet us...but we agreed. Pretty shocked when we looked out the window and Diddy was standing there...what a fabulous surprise. Now we have a whole weekend with Diddy...explanation by eeeeeee).

Mom was very excited to see my grandpa and to stay at the lake house.  She was also talking about water skiing...I don't really know what that is...but she was smiling about it.  Too bad for mom, but grandpa said that he couldn't get the boat to start.

So instead of skiing we just played.  Mom put this thing called a life jacket on me....I didn't like it very much.  It kept making me fall over.

So mom let me play without it...

Besides playing in the water, I also played "throw the ball" with grandpa.  

He kept making me chase it...

It was a very fun day, but we all got real tired...so some of us took naps.  

Kensie was sleeping in grandpa's bed, so he decided to take a nap with her.

I got to sleep on my own bed...I was real tired!
