Travel log...San Diego (Day 6...sniff, sniff...our last day!)

My uncle steve told my daddy that we shouldn't go to Sea World...he said when he took cousin Kensington that after 5 minutes she was ready to go....Uncle steve said he had a better idea, give him $100, then go to the beach and stay till we get bored, then go home.  Well Uncle Steve....I've been to the beach, and yeah, it's fun...but is anything better then this?

Meet Shamu...well, me..me says he's a whale...and there were lots of him...but meet Shamu...he can swim so fast and jump so high and splash a lot of people.  I got to watch him play in the water...he is a very big fish in very big water!

Shamu is the very coolest and I loved him so much...so did me..me and daddy!  Me..me says the money they paid was well worth it just to see Shamu and his tricks.

But Sea World had a lot more to offer then just Shamu...
We got to touch and hold star fish....I threw mine back in so me..me said no more!

And me..me and diddy touched the sting rays.  I tried and tried but couldn't reach (okay, really, when they came close I pulled my hand away, I just wanted to splash in the water!)

We saw a lot of shows today...and I was so good during all of them!

These are the dolphins...they could jump soooo high!

Then we saw sharks...

And we tried to see a manatee (whatever seacow)..but they were hiding, so daddy took a picture of this one...and we saw some seals.  We also saw a seal show, but me..me didn't really take any pictures...

And then we saw the penguins...boy do I love penguins!

It was such a fun day...we say so many animals that live in the water....fish and beluga wales and polar bears and walrus' and turtles and sea lions and otters....but my favorite was Shamu...

Good night Shamu...I hope I get to come back and visit another day!

Oh how much fun! I really like Sea World so I am glad you didn't listen to Uncle Steve. (whatever Seacow. That's my fav line for today)!!!

Looks like you are having super fun and that you need to get your own sunglasses. Take me with you next time!

Sea World was our favorite part of San Diego too...and I was also confused about why they called every single killer whale "Shamu"... you can't have 15 whales with the same name!
