Dallin - tell your mom to come plant some vegetables at my house! Looks like you're going to be able to make some yummy salsa...
You are going to have to plan what you are going to make with all of those vegetables.
You should plant tomatillos and then you can make that yummy enchilada sauce ALL THE TIME. Or at least until you run out of tomatillos.
