We drove for a really long time on Friday morning to Grandma and Grandpa Thompson's house...and then on Saturday we drove to see Baby Blake in "Vegas"...Grandma and Grandpa came with us...
Aunt Chris has a Wii just like Grandpa Thompson and Grandpa Jones (by the way, I don' have a Wii and I remind mom of that every time I get to play someone else's). The big people played rock band A LOT...but me and Carter got to "pretend play" for a little bit too.
I played with my cousins a lot...and then before bed I got to go in the pool.
I was SO excited to go swimming, but told me I didn't know how to swim and so I asked her,
"will you learn me how to swim?"
You bet! she said...we practiced blowing bubbles...
I jumped to her and daddy and even went under water and didn't freak out...I just spit after I came up to get the water out of my mouth.
Mom and dad were SO proud!
I really LOVE the swimming pool!
On Sunday we went to Aunt Chris' church...I was sad 'cause it wasn't my church and we weren't going to my nursery...I pouted all through sacrament meeting...mom even took me out and made me sit on a chair...mommy wasn't very happy with me.
They wanted to take pictures...I didn't really want too.
Then mommy said we were going to take more pictures...
I REALLY didn't want to...
really...
REALLY....
(this is mom bribing...then threatening me)
Mom finally put me in the car...then sat next to me and wouldn't talk to me....
"mom, I'm ready to take pictures now...and I will smile"
"Sometimes...I get sad"
Mom was happy that I would finally take a picture.
After all that...I did have lots of fun....
It was fun to be with my cousins...
