On Friday night, I went with Trey and Kevin to the mountains.
We did lots of exploring.
and threw lots of rocks.
I got to roast my very first hotdog in the fire.
and some marshmallows...
that were as big as your head...
we also saw a baby bird in a nest...look closely...he's there.
Thanks Baileys for taking us with you!
and thanks mom and dad for letting me stay up past my bedtime to play
"in the mountain".

Thanks for coming. We had fun! I may have to steal some of your pictures since I forgot my camera. Notes for next time: card game, flashlight for the cave, and maybe we'll stick to marshmallows that you don't have to eat like an apple...
That looks like so much fun!! It has been more than a decade since I've had a roasted marshmallow, much less a yummy smore! Also, nothing tastes better than a hotdog that you cook yourself over a campfire. What a fun experience for all of you.
