Easter 2013

Every year I know it's Easter time 

when we head off to the neighborhood Easter egg hunt!

Every year me and Jonah hunt for eggs together.

This was Cooper's first Easter Egg hunt.

Once he figured out what to do...

He got lots of eggs!

"EGG"!

Not only was the egg hunt on my birthday...

but I got to color eggs too!

Easter morning we woke up to fun things in our Easter baskets.

I got the flip flops I really wanted and a Transformer 

and Cooper got some little golf clubs.

Then Cooper spotted a "ball".

Mom told him to get it!

It's the only egg he found.

Then I went around the house to find the rest of them!

Mom bought us ties to wear this year to church.

I asked mom if I could pick a place for a picture to be taken...

 Guess she thought it was so great Cooper should take one there too!

After church all of our family came over for dinner and another egg hunt!

Easter is a super fun day!

Easter 2012

I was very excited about Easter.

All I could talk about for days was coloring eggs and egg hunts.

Me and Cooper got an early Easter present.

Grandma Bonnie made me and Cooper matching spiderman jammies.

I love them...and I love that we match!

On Saturday, we had our neighborhood Easter egg hunt.

I found my eggs super fast...'cause I'm really good at finding eggs.

Cooper just watched....but he was happy!

Saturday night we did my first favorite thing.

Color Easter eggs!

Dad and I worked together to make the "most awesome eggs".

Cooper watched again!

On Easter Sunday I got a basket with fun toys.

I got some farm cars...a transformer and a lego guy.

Then we got to do my second most favorite thing.

Hunt for eggs!

some of the eggs were hid pretty tricky...

but mom and dad gave me clues till I found them all.

Cooper slept through my basket and the egg hunt.

But he got his basket when he woke up.

He got a cell phone!

Finally, we cracked open all my eggs.

There were chocolates and jelly beans and even a few coins!

After breakfast we got all dressed up in our new Easter clothes to take pictures.

I had lots of ideas about where and how the pictures should be taken.

It was a super great Easter!

Easter 2011

I was very excited when I woke up Sunday morning...because it was Easter and I knew that I had some presents from mom and dad to open.

I got a fan...to keep me cool.

a bunny pez...I kinda like pez.

and a little dinosaur book that came with little dinosaurs.

and some eggs with candies...but nothing with peanut butter.

Then I got to find 15 eggs that dad hid around the house.

I was really good at finding all the eggs.

Then me and mom played with my new dinosaurs.

I would say this was my favorite thing...

...but I also got a new little plane.

Me and dad both got to make one...

and then we went outside and they flew so good.

It was a very fun day!

Coloring eggs

I have been bugging mom about coloring eggs for weeks.

Saturday was finally the day.

And boy was it fun!

Grandma Bonnie sent me these cool bunny tongs to use with my eggs...

I LOVED them!

Mom let me start with 5 eggs.

I used green first...

but ended up using all 5 colors at once for each of my eggs.

After my eggs were done, mom let me help her color the rest of the eggs.

I'm really good at coloring eggs.

Another Easter egg hunt

On Sunday, mom had some of her cousins over for dinner...they brought their kids...so I guess that makes them my cousins. I don't really know them very well...so I played with them just a little.

We got to eat dinner in the living room like a picnic.

Then we had an Easter Egg hunt.

I got to help mom hide the eggs...but finding them is a lot more fun!
