Thanksgiving 2013

This year for Thanksgiving we had our Jones family over for dinner.

I was very excited about eating smashed potatoes and gravy.

I didn't really care for anything else...but I tried it all.

Mom made me sit at the kid table.

I wasn't very happy because I wanted to sit with the adults.

She told me to get over it.

After Thanksgiving was finally over...

we decorated for Christmas.

Please don't mind my red eyes...

I was crying a bit....

Cooper kept taking my ornaments off the tree and 

I was really worried he would break them.

It might be a long month!

We also started our 24 days of Christmas.

Day 1: a new ornament

I got power ranger ornaments and Cooper got a "funky guy"!

Thanksgiving

We drove to Grandma and Grandpa Thompson's house in St. George for Thanksgiving.

Don came with us.

I made him talk about transformers for most of the trip.

Then I made him watch my movies.

My cousins came to grandma's too.

Hailey really liked to play with Cooper.

Carter and I liked to play on the Wii.

We ate lots of food.

The turkey and mashed potatoes were my favorite.

The weather was really, really nice.

So we played at the park.

And fed the ducks!

 We even got family pictures taken with our whole family.

Then we took a couple with just our little family.

Cooper tried so hard to smile!

It was a really fun week!

I kept calling it Valentine's Day...

But mom said it was Thanksgiving.

There was lots of food.

This was Don's plate. He must have been hungry.

Aiden and I had our own table to sit at.

The grown ups sat at the big table.

We ended the day opening presents from Grandma and Grandpa Thompson

because we won't see them on Christmas.

I got the police car that I wanted.

Man was I excited!

The next day we decorated the tree.

Mom did most of it.

No matter what you call it...

It was a fun weekend.
