A witch hunt

Mom told me that we were going to Gardner Village to look for witches.

I kept asking her if I had done it before. 

She said that she took me when I was little, but I DID NOT like the witches.

See?

This is me...4 years ago.

Cooper liked the witches a little bit more than I did back then.

Kate and Tessa came with us this year.

We walked around and searched for all the witches.

We found them all...it was fun...and I didn't even cry!

Kate came over to play.

Mom filled up lots and lots and lots of water balloons for us.

Summer Tuesday Activity #2....Children's Gardens

Last Tuesday, we went to the Children's Gardens at Thanksgiving Point...I like to just call it "The Point". Told everyone we were going to "The Point"...sometimes I even call it "point" for short.

They have a HUGE boat with water...THAT was A LOT of fun!

Then we walked through all the gardens to look at "beau-ti-ful flowers".

These are my friends that came with us this week...

(Brach, Me, Kate, Sadie, Kylie and Addie...we had some babies there too...

Jackson, Tessa and Aubrey...but they were too little to play with us)

We walked down into a dark cave...

There was a bear inside...

I DID NOT want to stand next to the bear!

Then we floated wood boats down the river.

and played some silly musical instruments.

It was a really fun place!

My friend Kate.

Today Kate came to my house for a LONG time.

She came in my car with me...

1st we went to my preschool...mom said we were just there to visit and that I could come back in a few months to stay for the day. I REALLY wanted to stay and asked over and over...but mom said no. Kate kept telling me that she goes to preschool...

Then we went to the "S store"

"The S store has little carts...me and kate pushed our own little carts"

Mom's hands were full of groceries...so we held each other's hands instead...

and we played outside A LOT!

I like when Kate comes to play!

I may ask her to be my valentine...

I am the most happy...

We had a lot of fun!

"I miss Kate"

Mommy and I were gone from home for a LONG time...I missed daddy a lot while we were gone...and I was so happy to see him when we got home. I was even more excited that the day after we got home was a "church day" and on church days I get to see all my friends...including Kate. Guess what? Kate wasn't at church last Sunday...I was VERY VERY sad...I cried a little. For the next few days after Sunday, I would randomly begin crying and tell mom that I missed Kate...mommy kept telling me that they weren't home...I didn't believe mom, so I called Kate's mom on MY phone and they were home....

On Wednesday, Kate came over to play...I was SO excited...

We had so much fun playing!

Kate loves to play memory too...she's pretty good!

she also plays a mean drum to my guitar!

We don't just play...we also talk a lot...conversations that may have been overheard while Kate was at my house:

Me: I like your boots.

Kate: Thanks...do you like my outfit?

Me: yes

Me & Kate: (silence...in my room with the door closed)

Mom: what are you guys doing?

Kate: nothing

Mom: Dallin...open the door...what are you doing?

Me: nafin

Mom: Kate...Dallin...come out here...

(we walk out with spray bottles in our hands)..."We're cleaning"

Mom: give me the bottles...no more water. (throws us towels)...dry everything up!

I was so happy to see Kate...I missed her so much..."I love Kate"!

Mondays are pretty fun!

Today was a day filled friends...

Kate came to play for a couple hours...then I got to go to Trey's for a couple hours...then when we got back home, Addie came over for a couple hours (you can see what she and mom made here)...normally it's just me and mom...but today there was always an extra friend around...I like that!

Funny things that were heard while Kate was here:

Me: "mom...Kate go poo...I want to wipe her" (mom said no...I cried)

Kate: next time I come over we can have a sleep over

We played hide and go seek a lot...mom says we weren't very good at it. Whatever...just because we like to hide together in the same spot over and over...maybe it's mom that isn't very good at it!

My Girl

We got to go to Church last night for dinner and to see my friends Jo, Gracie and Kate...

I LOVE Kate.

Santa even came...

"I see Santa...Santa is big"

I didn't want to sit on his lap...so daddy got my treat for me!

"A doctor!"

Last night "we go church for party"

"I wear costume...doctor"

"I play golf"

"I get lots of candy"

"I see friends...this Kate"

(When Kate was getting ready for the party she told her mommy) 

"I bet Dallin is going to be very excited to see me in my princess dress"
