We went to Seattle

Me and Cooper got to go with Mom to Seattle for 6 whole days.
I even got to miss 2 days of school.
Cooper was really excited to go on an airplane.

He even had his own seat because the plane was very empty.

We were doing really good playing and coloring and stuff.
And then the lady in front of me kept looking back at me and then she turned around and told me I needed to stop playing with my tray.

Mom got super mad...
we moved to another row where no one was sitting in front of me.

Before we came to Seattle the time got changed and Cooper started waking up early...
Then in Seattle he started waking up even earlier.
Mom and Cooper watched lots of Elmo early in the mornings.

Our second night in Seattle,
me and Cooper and Cameron got to have a sleepover
with Grandpa Jones and Grandma Mim.
We had SO much fun!
It was Cooper's first sleepover and I think he did pretty good!

While we were gone, mom went to a show!

When we came back from Grandpa and Grandma's,
mom and her mom and sister's were having a boutique.
They had stuff all over grandma's house and people came and bought it.

On Sunday, we just hung out 'cause Cooper and I were sick.
He got the croup that I had last week and I had an ear infection in both ears.

Monday we spent lots of time in the car.
We went to a craft store and 2 see mom's 2 grandpa's and 1 grandma's graves.
I just ran around a lot and got yelled at by mom
for jumping on all the gray bricks that were in the grass.

and then that night we went to the mall to see Grandpa Jones and Grandma Mim one more time.
We got to ride on the carousal...it was Cooper's first time and he loved it!

On Tuesday we flew back home.
Cooper was worn out from our busy trip.

I used my tray and the guy in front of me didn't get mad once!

Fun with family...day 3

Mom took us to a dinosaur park.
I was a little scared when we got there...
I didn't want the dinosaurs to move or make any noises.

Mom reassured me that the dinosaurs wouldn't move.
And then she showed me the big black speakers that the dinosaur sounds were coming from and then I was not scared.

"Mom, I'm not scared at all, not one little bit"

I was happy to have my picture taken by lots of dinosaurs.

I even wanted to stick my face through all the funny pictures.

Cameron found these guys,
"Look mom...the cereal guys".
Mom, Vicki and Mandy laughed a lot when he said that.
Whatever...I just want to ride the pink dino.

After we looked at all the dinosaurs,
we got to use the brushes to dig up fossils.

On the way home we stopped at the airplane museum.
It.was.cool.

We got to see and touch lots of airplanes and even some helicopters.

But the best thing was the really big jet.

After our fun filled day, mom left me and Cameron with Addie
and she went out to dinner with some of her cousins.

(that silly Blake, why can't he just smile in the picture?:)

We made it home!

Me and mom flew home to Salt Lake yesterday.  We didn't have to share our seats with anyone, so mom let me play with my new car all over.  There were lots of other kids on the plane, but I was the best.  I didn't cry once, I just played and ate and played and drank milk and got my diaper changed and played some more.  This is my new red car...the doors open...it's so cool!

When we got off the plane I was so excited to see my dad that I just smiled and smiled.  Then I ran to him and hugged him for sooooo long.  I am so happy to be home with my dad.  While mom was getting our stuff I let dad chase me all over.  Then this big thing started moving and there were bags and boxes on it and I helped the big thing move the stuff around because they were so heavy.

Thanks again to my mom's family for a very fun trip...
I can't wait to see some of you in a month, especially Cameron!

Seattle...Day 1

I have been on a plane a few times before...but I have always slept through the whole experience. Mom thought that she would try to have this happen again by scheduling our flight during my nap time....seriously, with all the fun things to play with...you think I am going to sleep??????

First I had to check out all the happenings outside the plane...then I had to check the durability of the tray...it is actually very hard to turn the knob that holds it up. I kicked it....I pulled on it, I even shook it. I wonder if the guy in front of me was annoyed. Once we took off mom let me sit in the seat next to her and I put that tray down. My cars go really fast on the tray. But they ran out of gas so I had to find something else to do...

Did you know that there is an arm to the airplane chairs? They go up and down and up and down and up and down and up and down.....they also give you free food on the plane. Well, they gave mom food, but she shared with me....cheesy crackers are delicious. The plane ride was so fun and so exciting that I stayed awake. But I got pretty tired, so when I heard that pilot say that we were "on our final approach" I decided to take a little rest. Mom was nice enough to let me sleep the rest of the ride and then carry me to the car while I drooled on her shoulder...she must really love me.

Well...my grandma Bonnie, Aunt Vicki and cousin Kensie picked me and mom up from the airport. Kensie was so excited she kept squealing and wanted to hold my hand.

The first thing we did was go to the grocery store (mom needed to get me some diapers and my kind of food). Kensie was so excited to sit next to me.

After dinner (shockingly) we went to a park. There were 3 slides (I can go down all of them my self) and some other bouncy toys. It was a lot of fun! Mom made me wear a jacket...it's cold here in Seattle!

So far I am having a lot of fun! Can't wait to see what tomorrow brings!

By the way....good night diddy, I love you!
