Camping at Banks 2013

We went camping with mom's family...we had so much fun!

We ate our food on the grass.

I skied...

Mom skied...

(dad skied too)

We played by the water...

on the water...

and in the water.

We jumped off rocks!

and when we weren't in the water, 

we played on the swings and monkey bars.

and every night we got ice cream.

 My favorite part of the whole trip

was fishing on Mikey's boat.

I even caught a fish!

On my pole...and I reeled it in...but dad helped at the end.

I wouldn't touch it...

and then after we showed everyone, 

we let it go!

It was a super fun week!!!

Oh

...and here is mom and dad with the adults...

mom was super excited when Grandma and Grandpa took all the kids out on the boat 2 different times and she could lay on the water and not have to worry about us!

 and we had super fun with Grandma and Grandpa.

We jumped off the boat...and got thrown off the boat...and Grandma called me a fish!

The Spruces

We went camping.

I LOVE to camp.

I LOVE to be outside and just play around.

 My friend Brock was even there...but mom did a poor job taking pictures.

Everyone decided that we should go on a "walk" to a waterfall.

It really wasn't a "walk" so much as a big "hike".

Mom and dad took turns carrying Cooper...

so that they could also take turns carrying me!

I was much happier once we got there.

I played in the water...Cooper just threw lots of rocks.

Dad climbed to the very top.

He said it was very cool up at the top.

we only stayed one night because it was freezing the first night and mom and Cooper didn't sleep so well. But we had so much fun!

Dad says next year, when it's warm again, we can go camping there again!

Seattle...week 3

This past Saturday we made the long drive home.

I didn't even ask one time if we were there yet...I knew that it would be dark when we got home and it was. Boy, was I happy to get here. I'm a little sad that I don't get to be with my grandma and cousins any more...but I'm so happy to be with my toys again.

Our last week in Washington we went on another camping trip.

This time it was with Grandma Bonnie at Lake Chelan.

Cooper spent a lot of time in "the cage".

Mom didn't like him in the dirt...Cooper likes the dirt...and he likes to eat the dirt.

Sometimes Blakely was in the cage with him...and sometimes she would sit on Cooper.

I spent most of my time playing with Cameron and Kensie.

We had lots and lots of fun.

We only didn't get along a few times...like when Cameron and Kensie said I had to act like a girl to play with them. Or the time we told Kensie she couldn't play transformers because she was a girl. But the moms and dads told us to knock it off and include everyone...so we tried.

Every night before bed we had a fire and ate smores.

I love smores...a lot!

Our first whole day at Chelan we went to a water park.

They had little kid slides...

...even Cooper could go down them.

and they had big slides and slides with tubes.

Every one had so much fun!

The next 2 days we played in the lake. 

we fished

used the paddle board

and just had a whole lot of fun!

It was a very busy 3 weeks and I pretty much loved every minute of it!

and in case you are wondering...Cooper turned 11 months old while we were there...one more month and he'll be 1 year old...that's just silliness!

Seattle...week 2

We have been in Seattle for 2 weeks...

and I'm still having so much fun!

Last Saturday we spent the day with Grandpa Jones and Grandma Mim.

We hung out on Grandpa's boat while he got it ready for Banks.

I pretended like we were driving to Seattle...

and we played on the trampoline.

Cooper was smiling till I started to jump...then he didn't smile so much any more.

On Monday, we went to see Ice Age 4...I LOVED it!

and then we had "conveyor belt sushi" for lunch.

I eat the orange chicken...

I get it off the conveyor belt all by myself and I think it is the coolest!

On Tuesday we went to the park.

I think mom and her sister's had as much fun as me and Cameron.

The digger is my favorite toy at the park.

Cooper went on his first swing ride all by himself...

and boy did he love it!

And then it was Wednesday and Mom had a birthday!

Mandy brought her a Happy Birthday Breakfast Muffin!

Mom turned 35...she says she is not getting any older!

For mom's birthday she wanted to go to a place she used to go when she was growing up.

Green Lake

Mom's grandma and grandpa used to live really close to Green lake and mom would walk down with her uncle and brothers and sisters and swim in the little kiddie pool.

I really like this place too!

And for mom's birthday dinner, she left me and Cameron with a babysitter so just the adults could go eat sushi...I was a little sad, but I told mom it was ok!

On Thursday, we finally got to head out to our first camping trip.

We drove for a little long way to Banks Lake.

We floated...

and fished...

and played on the beach...

and we used these things to do one of mom's favorite thing...

We skied...

and I can say "we" because I did the skim board...

and it was SO AWESOME!!!

I also rode on a jet ski, jumped off the boat, jumped off a big floatie island and swam with just my vest in the deep water and wasn't even scared!

But my favorite thing about our camping trip...sleeping in a tent!

It was another busy and fun week!

One more to go...and one more camping trip too!
