September...

Mom says September is her favorite month
because it is still sunny and warm...
but not as hot as August.

We did lots of fun things this month...

We blew bubbles

We went on walks to throw rocks in the river.

We ate popsicles
(and by the looks of our clothes...
we may have done all these things in one day)

We went to the park

and Cooper played with playdough for the first time.
(but not the last because he gets it out all the time now)

Mom let us bring the trains upstairs...
so we played with them lots and lots

Cooper and mom went and picked raspberries while I was at school.
Mom has canned A LOT of things this month.

I got to spray my hair blue and red for crazy hair day.

and bike to school another day.

Cooper and mom went and fed the ducks.

And we all went up the mountain with the Baileys.

It was a really fun month.
I'm still liking school and I am finally getting used to the long days.
I also started a golf class after school once a week.

But the best thing that happened this month...
I pulled out my top tooth...all by myself!
(September 28th)

That's tooth #3...
and mom and dad gave me the rest of the dollars
I needed to buy my last ninja turtle...Raph.

I am super excited for October and for Halloween...
I already have my costume all picked out!

Mom and I went on a bike ride.

Actually, mom rode her bike while I "rode" in the trailer.

We went to my favorite spot by the river to throw rocks.

That stump on the right is where mom usually sits...
that water is a little bit high right now:)

"I'm finding the dirty rocks so I can give them a bath".

Then we went to the park to play for a little bit.

It was a nice day...now it's a little cold again.
Mom keeps promising me that someday it will stay warm and we can go to the pool,
I don't know if I believe her...

April 16, 2010

yep, I'm actually wearing shorts...it's that nice out!

Trey got to come over to our house the other day. Our house is a BIG MESS...so mom took us outside to play. I rode my bike and Trey rode his scooter. His scooter has 2 wheels and he can ride really fast. We rode to the river to throw rocks.

Trey is a REALLY good rock thrower.

He likes to throw rocks for a long time...
I don't...

he does...

Trey just REALLY likes to throw rocks...

man, I just wanted to ride my bike...

"now can we go?"

we finally got to ride more and then we stopped and played at the park.

I had so much fun riding with Trey.

More visitors...

Last Friday, when I woke up, Grandma Bonnie was here.
I LOVE my Grandma Bonnie.

I took her to my favorite rock throwing spot.

and I showed her how good I am at riding my bike.

and she played with me at the "other park".

and we have spent lots of time shooting my "little green gun".

She's been trying to help mama around the house...sometimes I let her and sometimes I make her just play with me...

It's hard to have so many people coming and going and wanting to "play" with mom more then me...but don't worry...I get the attention I need...anyway I can get it!

I think the groundhog was teasing...

'cause it was another beautiful day!

Mommy was working in the garage...I asked her if we could go to the park...but she said she needed to finish what she was working on so we couldn't go...

I told her I was going to go inside and watch a movie...(I think she may have felt bad)...

We got to go to the park!
I rode my scooter there (mommy had to carry it home).

We went across my bridge so I could throw rocks.
I found my favorite spot and lots of big rocks.

Mommy calls the river my happy place!

I played at my park for a little while too!

I could take a few more days like this...
mommy says she could handle it getting a little warmer.

What's in your backyard?

On Saturday, mom decided that our whole yard needed a clean up before the weather gets cold. Dad got out a loud thing for the grass...and mommy used the mower.  I used my mower too! Then mommy took out the dead flowers and daddy moved a big plant from one spot to another. Mommy took out ALL the stuff in the garden...I mostly just watched. Then mommy opened the fence to dump the grass and dead flowers and I went exploring!

This big hill is the perfect spot to throw rocks...I never knew that you could have fun throwing rocks without water...you can!

On Sunday, I didn't feel very good...I was coughing A LOT...so I did A LOT of this...

Family "not at home" evening...

Last night we went to this place...

I threw LOTS of rocks in the water...
and I climbed with Trey and Kevin...

Daddy, mommy, Jamie and Brian put hot dogs on sticks and put them over the hot.  I didn't want to help or go near the hot....but I got to eat a hot dog anyway and it was good!

Then we had marshmallows...I didn't want them hot...I wanted mine cold.  Everyone else ate theirs with crackers and chocolate...I like mine straight out of the bag!

I had SO much fun with the Baileys and with the rocks and water...I LOVE throwing rocks in the water...thanks for taking us Baileys....!

How a 3 day weekend should always begin...

When I woke up this morning...mommy and daddy didn't want to get out of bed...but "sun awake...YES"! So I kept bugging daddy..."no sleep daddy...get up". That just wasn't working!

Mom: Dallin do you want to go for a walk with me?
Me: No, go walk for daddy
Mom: how about you and me go for a walk.
Me: No, go walk for daddy.  Daddy push brown stroller.

So we did...
(and of course...what would a walk be without a little rock throwing?)

On our way home mom let me have the camera to document our fun...

We saw Dave on our way home...he was mowing his lawn.  That's his house...he lives there with my friends Grace and Jo.
Guess what?  Daddy is going to be home for 3 whole days...YES!
