March is always a very busy month.

This year was no different.

Grandma Bonnie came to visit.

So did Grandpa Jones and Grandma Mim.

We went skiing with them.

I really like skiing...but I am still trying to convince mom to 

let me try snowboarding.

It was nice for a few days

so we went on a bike ride to feed the ducks.

they weren't eating...but we had fun anyway.

Mom and dad celebrated their 11th anniversary.

They even went away for a night and Grandma Bonnie took care of us.

 And like every March, 

I celebrated my birthday!

This year I had a Lego Star Wars party.

We played with Legos, learned how to be Jedi 

including testing our skills on an obstacle course 

and then playing Lego Star Wars bingo.

It was a super fun party!

A busy but very fun weekend.

Grandpa Jones and Grandma Mim came to visit.

On Saturday morning I got to go to breakfast with all the boys and Kens and Blakes while mom had a party for her cousin Mackenzie. I LOVE to go out to breakfast.

After mom's party, we all went swimming at the coolest place.

There was a lazy river...I wasn't very lazy...I went around it so many times!

 There was a big slide that I went down (with mom and dad)

and there was this wave thing that dad tried.

On Sunday, we got to have dinner at Jeremy's house...we celebrated our dad's!

Monday, I stayed at home with Addie while mom and dad went to Mackenzie's wedding.

And then Tuesday...we got to go back to the zoo.

I couldn't wait to show everyone the polar bear.

she is the coolest!

It was a super fun day!

Thanks Grandpa and Grandma Mim for all the fun!

My new brother is finally here.

On Wednesday night, mom told me that the next day I would be going to Jonah's house because she was going to the hospital to have the baby. She said that she wasn't sure what time she would be going to the hospital, or how long it would take the baby to come..so Grandpa Jones would pick me up in the afternoon just in case.

I had so much fun at Jonah's and even more fun with Grandpa...

but I just wanted to meet my new baby brother.

When we got to the hospital, the baby wasn't in the room. Daddy had him, but brought him to us very soon. Oh my was I excited! Daddy quickly put him in my arms. I loved him instantly.

This is what our family looks like now.

This is Cooper.

I like to call him buddy.

I know what he needs.

I will let you know what that is.

On Friday, I got to go see him again before I spent the day with Grandpa Jones, Mim and Aiden's mom and dad. We wet to the zoo and I had a blast!

Before I went to bed, dad took me back to see mom and my buddy.

Yep, still love him the same!

My life as a Thompson just got a whole lot more crazy!

A visit from Grandpa Jones

Grandpa Jones came to Utah for a really quick trip.

He came to see me Saturday morning for a little bit.

I was SO excited that he was coming...but he came early and I was still in morning mode

(drink chocolate milk and watch shows)

so I didn't run and jump in his arms like mom thought I would.

I did say hello and showed him my new room...then he pretended to sit on me on the couch and I got my feelings hurt so I pouted and went to my room...for a long time!

Grandpa even came and apologized...I forgave him...but I still needed to be alone.

I finally got over myself and we went to the park.

Grandpa showed me his skills on the balance beam.

I showed him my maze skills...he tried...it took him two times.

Then he wanted to race around the park.

I won!

I took him over to the pond.

Grandpa tried to teach me how to skip rocks.

He was REALLY good at it.

Me...not so much!

Then we raced home.

It was fun to be with Grandpa.

Sorry Grandpa that I was so pouty for the first part of your visit.

Mom isn't so sorry, 'cause she got to visit with you all by herself:)

Next time come just a little later and I'll be ready to play!

An impromptu trip

Last Thursday, mom and I were getting ready to go to the store when mom started getting lots of calls on her phone. Then she asked me if I wanted to go see Grandma Thompson instead of going to the store....well, of course I did!

So we packed our bags and headed to Grandma's, Christi came with us.

This is me with my Grandpa Jones and mom's Grandpa Jones (spring 2009). Mom's Grandpa Jones is really old and he has been not doing very well...and on Thursday he passed away.

I spent lots of time with Grandma Thompson playing and playing and playing, while mom and Chris spent time with Grandma Jones. I got to see Grandma Jones too...I really like her.

It wasn't a very long trip, but I was so glad to see my Grandma Thompson...we even took some time to feed the ducks.

I'm glad we got to go to St. George.

And I'm glad my mom got to be with her Grandma while I was with mine.

Soccer...week 7

This is my fan club.

Uncle Keef-o, Alicia, Jeremy, Baby Aiden, M, Grandpa Jones, Dad, Grandma Thompson, Grandpa Thompson, Grandma Jones and Kelsey (and her new fiancee Scott).

I played the whole game...and only pouted once.

After the game, Keef-o brought his big ball and we played and played.

We only have one game left...and I still love soccer.

The Zoo

I got to go to the Zoo!

Grandpa was there, and M and Grandma Jones and Keef-o, and Jeremy and Alicia and baby Aiden....it was SO fun!

We got to ride on a train!

(that's my favorite part of the zoo)

...I was also VERY excited to see the baby elephant...

she is SO cute!

and we got really close to the giraffe.

I was really excited to go on the "merry-go-round". Mom kept trying to get me to pick an animal to ride on, but I didn't want to...I wanted to ride in this...

besides..."sometimes, I get scared of animals" and "peacocks are animals too!"

I really like animals at the zoo.

Wiiiiiiiii.....

While mommy and me were in Seattle...I got to play with Grandpa Jones.

We bowled...

and punched each other...

Guess what...Cameron has a Wii too...and he brought it to Grandma's house so I could bowl some more...I LOVE to bowl!
I think mommy should get me a Wii!
